Eddie approaches therapy with the same passions, skills, and strategies that he uses to guide his own life. Eddie’s clear embodiment of warmth, acceptance, self-exploration, and transparency provides a therapeutic environment that is inviting, supportive, and safe. Likewise, Eddie’s strong training background and expertise ensures that his practice is effective, evidenced-based, and helpful to the clients he serves.

Eddie strategically works with children ages 6 to 18 across a wide range of emotional and behavioral difficulties. Eddie specializes in a family-based approach that: (1) allows families to supportively identify the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and values that trigger challenging behaviors; and (2) guides family members toward more adaptive response strategies that further strengthen individual and family support.

Eddie will bring you his dedicated and individually tailored approach that eclectically embodies techniques consistent with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Behavioral Parent Training in a way that makes therapy inviting, supportive, satisfying, and in many cases fun!
