Molly understands that life can bring you challenges that take on many different shapes and forms. Whether you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, or chronic pain – or you’re experiencing difficulties creating positive change in your life – Molly aims to cultivate a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can explore and heal.
Sometimes, life’s challenges create feelings of disconnection from yourself and others. Molly doesn’t want you to feel alone. She wants to be there to support you through the tough times, one step at a time.
Molly is passionate about whole person wellness, and offers a holistic path to wellness. Specifically, she’ll employ an integration of therapeutic techniques and design a program to best help you.
We know that traumatic or painful emotional experiences can often manifest in both the mind and body, disrupting both the nervous system and the way we make sense of our world. Utilizing her background as a EMDR trained clinician, Trauma-Informed Yoga teacher, as well as a mindfulness enthusiast, Molly will help you move through these experiences in order for you to live a more rich and meaningful life.
