When you meet me, you’ll discover that I approach therapy from a place of care, trust, and authenticity. You’ll quickly learn that I’m supportive, responsive, and nonjudgemental. I’ll maintain a safe space for you as you engage in the process of bettering yourself.
I am a Solution Focused therapist, trained in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, teenagers, and families.
IIn our sessions together, we’ll identify goals, discover strengths, explore past successes, and uncover patterns in your life.
For example, we might spend some time talking about your family history and patterns of behaviors, and learn how this might be impacting your current situations. We’ll then work to develop concise short term goals and help you achieve them, and also talk together about what longer term goals might further enrich your life.
