Sonia is a licensed psychologist who’ll bring her seven years of experience to help you find the inner strength to heal and grow. Sonia understands how hard change can be. She believes that once you learn empowering tools, and are offered support and encouragement, you’ll be able to challenge and transform your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and build your best life.

Sonia believes that no two people are the same, so she individualizes her approach to each client, while incorporating warmth, kindness, and humor into every session. She will also gently challenge you to help you grow and meet the goals that you have set for yourself. Sonia develops goals with her clients that keep them engaged throughout the healing journey. Her goal in therapy is for you to gain the skills you need to be happy and healthy in all aspects of your life, from school to friends to family to career.
