My focus is helping you become — or return to being — the best version of you. I bring over 10 years of experience to our work together, including training in a number of research-based therapies that have been shown to help people reduce worry, find happiness, and overcome past wounds and traumas.
I’ll infuse our therapy with a balance of humor and compassion. Your work in the therapy room will be directed by your goals, and guided by my knowledge and experience.
I moved to Colorado in 2012 from Chicago with my husband and cat, Nala, and we’ve since added a dog, Penny, to the family. I love hiking and hot yoga, and exploring this beautiful state by going on road trips, camping and finding little mountain towns to explore. I look forward to getting to know you and doing some great work together!
I graduated in 2005 from the University of Iowa with Bachelors of Science in Psychology and went on to get my Masters of Counseling from Arizona State University in 2007. Clinically I’m trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and am currently receiving training in EMDR for treating trauma.
