When you meet with Bennett, you’ll find yourself in a friendly, kind, and nonjudgmental atmosphere. You’ll feel like his teammate working to address challenges as opposed to someone being analyzed and directed by an expert.
Bennett specializes in addressing health issues such as diabetes, chronic pain, and sleep difficulties, and enjoys working with folks struggling with general mental health challenges and life stressors. He combines his clinical expertise using modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based strategies, and Problem-Solving Treatment with a sense of humanity, good humor, and empathy to help his clients make positive changes.
After serving in the Marine Corps, Bennett completed his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at Northern Arizona University. He and his family enjoy the outdoors, and participate in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, roller-derby, and other sports.
