Brittany believes that through active listening, collaborative planning and personal empowerment, you can discover a healthier version of yourself. She understands that life events such as trauma, abuse, grief, anxiety, depression or relational issues can throw people off track, and will help you find your way back to a healing path.
Utilizing a person centered and individualized approach, Brittany mixes mindfulness and emotionally focused therapies to support your recovery process. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Brittany has experience supporting people affected by trauma and has extensive experience working with pre-teens, teens, adults, couples and families with a wide range of concerns.
