Chelsea can help clients overcome a multitude of issues, including those stemming from low self-esteem, unhealthy relationships, grief and loss, and depression and anxiety. She tailors her approach for each individual using techniques and modalities such as motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Reminiscence Therapy, and meditation, guided imagery, and other relaxation techniques.
With a Master’s degree in Social Work, Chelsea has worked in a variety of settings including a residential treatment facility, hospice, and home health care.
