When you meet with Gabrielle, you’ll feel unconditional positive regard, authentic connection, and warmth and support. Together with Gabrielle, you’ll work to foster self-awareness, a stronger sense of worth, and deeper connections with others.
Gabrielle works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with various treatment needs, like anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, trauma, and much more. Overall, she uses a client-centered approach to therapy which can include reflective listening, validation, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, mindfulness and self-reflection. Her clinical approach is largely oriented in Attachment Based Therapy into which she weaves other modalities, such as Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Regulation and Competency (ARC), The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy., Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy.
