Hanna understands that change can sometimes be very difficult. She also believes that with the right support system and a little self-compassion, you have the ability to grow and thrive on your path to creating a life of meaning, purpose and connection.

Hanna has a Humanistic and strengths-based, person-centered approach she leans on to create open, caring and trusting relationships with people. Her work utilizes a broad array of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Health and Wellness Counseling to assist you in growing into the person you wish to be.
Hanna graduated from McNeese State University in 2017 and is experienced working with a variety of situations including depression, anxiety, trauma, recovery, grief, substance use, problem gambling, disordered eating, mental illness, adjustment, lifestyle change, family relationship dysfunction, and much more. She specializes in working with adults, but also has experience with teens and children. Hanna provides individual, couples, family and group counseling.
