What if you could get the benefits of in-person therapy,
without having to go to a therapist’s office?

Have you ever wished you knew someone who could help…

  • You feel sad, anxious, depressed.
  • Your marriage is on the brink of divorce.
  • Your child disobeys you, and nothing you try makes it better.
  • You’re addicted to alcohol, drugs, or overeating.
  • You’ve lost your job; you’re taking it hard.
  • A spouse, friend, or loved one passed away; you miss them terribly.
  • You were abused, neglected, or raped; you’ve never told anyone.

You wish you knew someone you could trust with your feelings; someone who could help you feel better. You’ve thought about a counselor or therapist, but something holds you back. Telling your problems to a stranger? That thought can be terrifying. “What if the therapist judges me? What if he (or she) doesn’t take me seriously?”

Carl Nassar, licensed clinical psychotherapist, understands these issues. And he’s created a program just for you.

A Message from Carl

Hi there. I’m glad you’re joining me on this very important journey—this journey to your well-being.

You’re here because you’re hurting in some way. And you could benefit from some caring, supportive guidance to help you get relief.

One way to get that guidance would be to come visit a therapist, such as myself. But I realize that while there are many people who could benefit from therapy, most never make it into the therapist’s office. Perhaps you feel there’s a stigma or shame in seeing a therapist; maybe you don’t feel comfortable sitting across from a therapist.

Whatever the reason, you find yourself at home, suffering from issues such as anxiety, depression, substance-abuse, or problems in your marriage. You could benefit from the skills a therapist can teach you, skills that will get you relief.

With that in mind, we’ve put together this program, so you can learn the best of what a therapist teaches, put that in your pocket, and take that with you, to overcome your issues and improve the quality of your life. I’ve been doing this therapist work for a long, long time. And over the course of that time, I’ve come to recognize what skills are most helpful in people’s healing and their growth, and I’ve learned how to organize and structure these skills in a way the best supports healing and growth.

I put all that together in The Heart Centered Cure.

In short, you’re going to get the very best of what I help people with in therapy day in and day out, summarized in this 5-hour program.

I’ll help you with whatever mental health issues you face, because the heart of what I do to help people as a therapist are the skills I’ll teach you in this program. I want to be candid with you. There’s no magic bullet here. It’s going to be me, teaching you the best of what I know, and you, working in your life to put that into practice in your everyday. Between my teaching you the skills, and your persistence and commitment to applying them, you and I will get you well again.

And it will work. Because I watch it work over and over, every day.

Is This Program for Me?

If you’re struggling with any of the following issues, The Heart Centered Cure can help:

  • Depression – A consistent feeling of sadness.
  • Anxiety – Bad enough to keep you from sleeping many nights.
  • Substance abuse – Including overeating, alcohol, and drug abuse.
  • Marital strife – For when your relationship is on the brink.
  • Parent-child conflict – When you’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to get through.
  • Relationship problems – A relationship you value is causing you pain on a regular basis.
  • Abuse – Someone in your life hurts you, either verbally or physically.
  • Traumatic events – Including divorce, the death of a loved one, or the loss of a job.
  • Hurts from the past – Including rape, abuse, neglect or other issues that continue to plague you. These are often issues you’ve never spoken about to anyone.

How Does the Program Work?

The Heart Centered Cure is a 5-hour video course that is organized into two major sections:

Part 1: Empowering Skills for Immediate, Short-term Relief

In Part 1, Carl will offer you immediate relief in the short-term.

He’ll show you how to implement empowering techniques such as:

  • Mindfulness
  • Re-decision therapy
  • Gratitude
  • Effective communication
  • Positive life decisions
  • And several other skills

Carl will walk you through each technique, letting you experience what is clinically referred to as affect regulation. Simply put, you’ll gain the ability to effectively handle your own emotions.

  • You’ll stop turning to coping styles that offer escape but no real relief, and instead rely on a set of skills
that help you feel whole again.
  • You’ll stop feeling like you’re a victim to your emotions or your circumstance, and start feeling that you can
take charge of your life again.

Part 2: A Long-term Cure

In Part 2, Carl will present a deeper body of work, one geared toward long-term, lasting change.

You’ll come to understand the roots of your distressing issues, and you’ll get relief once and for all by learning to uproot your troubles.

Carl will help you explore:

  • Early life struggles
  • Relational failures
  • Traumas you’ve suffered throughout your life

You’ll learn how each of these impacted your life at the time they happened, and how they continue to affect you today.

More importantly, part 2 is about learning how to uproot and resolve the underlying sources of pain in your life.

Does This Replace In-Person Therapy?

Nothing beats live, face-to-face counseling. It’s what we’re proud to do with our clients every day at Heart Centered Counseling in Fort Collins.

But many people would never go to a therapist’s office.

They’re worried about cost, perhaps, or they feel there’s a stigma to reaching out for help. Some people just don’t want to feel like they’ve imposed their problems on anyone, even a professional therapists.

And so they stay away.

These are the people we had in mind when we first had the idea for The Heart Centered Cure: people who might not otherwise seek out counseling.

Heart Centered Cure

How Much Does It Cost?

In our offices in Fort Collins, we charge around $100 for an hour-long session with one of our therapists.

That gets you one hour of one-on-one time with a therapist, who will walk you through the same techniques and practices you can learn here in the Heart Centered Cure.

We have priced this program to be comparable to ONE visit to our counseling office. It is the lowest price you’ll ever find for a comprehensive program with this kind of information.

Will It Work for Me?

We’re so confident that you’ll find the program valuable, we’re offering a 30-day, no-questions asked guarantee.

If you feel that the program wasn’t worth what you paid for it, let us know. We’ll refund your payment immediately.

I’m Still Not Sure…

If you’ve made it this far down the page, you’re clearly very interested in changing you life for the better.

If you’re still unsure about the effectiveness of the methods we teach in the Heart Centered Cure, we will leave you with one final quote from a former client.

You heard from Nancy earlier, but this is an additional comment she made about her own experience with Dr. Carl:

“After struggling to find the kind of help I needed with two other therapists, I finally found my way to Carl. Working with him has been life changing and affirming in a multitude of ways. When I started working with him, I did not believe I would ever find consistent joy in my day-to-day life. I’m tickled to report that I now am finding joy in my daily life, and I’m taking steps towards a future that ignites passion and enthusiasm in me far beyond what I had been able to imagine back then.”

— Nancy
