Jennifer provides individuals and families with an opportunity to gain the tools and resources necessary to overcome a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, substance use, co-occuring disorders, codependency, and appropriate interpersonal communication. She also helps her clients find ways to de-escalate thoughts, behaviors, and actions that don’t serve them well. She uses active listening to ensure her clients feel heard and understood, and modalities, like CBT and Mindfulness Emotional Regulation to work through trauma and shift to healthier ways of thinking.
Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and is working toward a Doctorate in Psychology focusing on work stress, secondary traumatic stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue.
