Jenny believes that you are unique and will customize a treatment plan based on your individual situation. Jenny likes to use evidence-based solutions, such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to create treatments that are proven to be successful.
Jenny has experience helping most everyone, from adolescents, to adults, to couples and families.
Jenny’s Clinical Training and Experience
Jenny received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Jenny also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin. She’s worked in both medical office settings and the group practice settings.
Jenny has completed Level One Gottman Certification for couples counseling and is a Gottman “7 Principles for Making a Marriage Work” certified leader.
