Karli uses an integrative approach with an emphasis in Mindfulness-Based CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Interpersonal Therapy. These evidence-based modalities have proven effective in the treatment and healing of anxiety, depression, and much more, as well as in improving the quality of your everyday life and caring relationships.
Many people find my approaches useful in re-wiring the depressive or anxious pathways in their brains, enabling a more balanced outlook on life. Integrating my Mindfulness-Based approach will add a deeper level of healing to therapy, by encouraging intentional living and conscious, value-based decision making.
