Linsey offers compassionate understanding, warm support and an accepting presence. She understands every person needs help at some point in their lives, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by life as a whole, or by one part that’s throwing the rest out of balance.
While working with Linsey, you’ll learn skills to help cope with whatever life brings your way. With deep care and great empathy, she’ll support you in overcoming depression, anxiety, insecurities, chronic health issues, relationship struggles, archaic family roles, setting appropriate boundaries, and more.
Linsey employs a full array of techniques to help, ranging from mindfulness and meditation, to emotional freedom tapping, to visualization, to sensory therapies, to writing and creative expression, and to lifestyle therapies. She’ll combine these methods and more to create a holistic treatment approach, one that supports healing in both the mind and the body.
Linsey has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, coupled with extensive training in social work and therapeutic practice, which informs her work. Together, you’ll work through a variety of issues, ranging from health, to family, to career, and to relationships. Linsey knows we all struggle at times, but no one should face that struggle alone.
