Beth will welcome you with gentle compassion and understanding. She deeply cares about your past hurts and wants to help you find relief and healing.
She has 30+ years of experience working as a therapist with almost all populations and issues, yet her specialties include working with addictions, trauma, PTSD, and grief and loss.
Beth is the author of three children’s books: “Why Are You So Scared? A Child’s Book About Parents with P.T.S.D.,” “Why Are You So Sad? A Child’s Book About Parental Depression,” and “I Miss You!: A Military Kid’s Book About Deployment,” as well as numerous articles and booklets. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from San Diego State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor.
