When you enter into a therapy session with Meghan, prepare to be welcomed with a warm sense of humor, compassion, empathy, and by someone who is ready to meet you where you’re at. You’ll find her to be energetic and optimistic, and a huge champion for your growth and healing in the mental health process. She’ll walk alongside you on your journey.
Meghan has experience helping people with a variety of concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, and the day-to-day struggles everyone encounters. Her approach is person-centered in that your needs come first. Meghan uses a combination of techniques based on what individuals need, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based skill building, and EMDR for trauma therapy.
She holds a Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a license in professional counseling. A Colorado native, when she’s not helping others, Meghan spends time with her young son, and enjoys reading, watching horror movies and playing video games.
