Partnering with her clients, Ashley helps them work through difficult life seasons, depression, anxiety, and/or trauma from the past that continues to create disruption in their daily lives.
Her approach to therapy is the utilization of motivational interviewing techniques, highlighting the strengths of the client and helping them progress through their challenges. The therapeutic modalities she relies on most are a trauma-informed approach, CBT, DBT, and Systems Theory.
Ashley has a Master's of Social Work from The University of Denver several years of experience working in the residential treatment environment with clients ages 12-21. She's also provided therapy for adolescents and adults who are receiving treatment through the inpatient hospital level of care.
