Ashley's clients can overcome many issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, parenting, anger, self-esteem, and adjustment. The types of tools she uses in sessions depend on the client and their concerns. When appropriate, assessment tools and/or homework may be used to give Ashley and the client better insight. Active listening, reframing, creating a sense of safety, and humor are some of the common techniques she uses to engage clients.
