With Aubrie, you’ll feel safe in a non-judgmental environment where you can speak about whatever’s on your mind, even if you’ve never said what you’re feeling out loud before. She wants to help you build the confidence and self-efficacy to overcome whatever obstacles you’re facing. Whether your struggles are internal, such as anxiety, depression and obsessive thoughts, or external, like relationships and career issues, Aubrie will help you acquire tools to learn self-awareness, emotional regulation, constructive/rational thinking and stress management.
At her core, Aubrie says she’s an existential therapist. “I am also strongly versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and enjoy using mindfulness techniques to slow down the traffic inside our heads and enjoy the lives we are living.” She adjusts her approach to suit each client’s needs.
With a Master’s of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Aubrie’s worked with a broad range of individuals with a wide spectrum of concerns, including anxiety, self-esteem, sexuality, and self-destructive thinking and behavior.
