Blakely wants to welcome you into a warm, nonjudgmental space in which you'll work together towards your healing. She'll listen to you with empathy and genuine care. She'll encourage and empower you to make meaningful changes in your life so you can move from surviving to thriving. If you’re a dog person, sometimes, Luna, Blakely's cattle dog mix will join your sessions as she is undergoing animal assisted therapy training. Luna welcomes everyone with enthusiastic tail wags!

Blakely helps people overcome many challenges, specializing in anxiety, self-esteem, and self-love, life transitions, caregiver support, grief and loss, trauma-informed care, and interpersonal issues. She uses a whole body and mind approach as demonstrated by mindfulness and body-based techniques. She draws from a variety of modalities in her work with clients, including person-centered, CBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.

With Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Social Work, has served diverse populations across all life spans. Her experience includes case management with an emphasis on behavioral health, trauma-informed care, solution-focused brief therapy, and crisis stabilization.
