With her guidance, Bre’s clients can defeat overwhelming circumstances and move forward to live up to their full potential. She uses a variety of techniques, such as active listening, building trust and establishing rapport, verbal affirmations, seeking clarification by asking questions, demonstrating concern, and paraphrasing to offer understanding. Modalities she draws from include CBT, DBT, solution-focused motivational interviewing, person-centered, strength-based, and relational therapy.
With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Bre has working with a wide range of people working through many challenges, like substance abuse and domestic violence. She also has worked with parents and their children to address depression, anxiety, managing ADHD, divorce, school stressors, relationship issues, and more.
