Brianna Seaman is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 4 years of experience specializing in depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and situational stress. Brianna received her bachelor's in psychology at the University of Northern Colorado. As well as her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Nothern Colorado. Brianna treats clients between the ages of 19 and 90 utilizing Person Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, in her approach with clients. Brianna has extensive experience counseling children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and groups in clinical, crisis, and outpatient settings. When in session with Brianna you’ll feel you’re in a safe place where you can speak your mind without fear of judgment. She’ll hear you, empower you, accept you, and help you understand you’re the expert about your own life. You’ll also feel your spirits lift when Brianna infuses humor into your time together—when appropriate, of course. She loves being outdoors, including spending time with friends and her dog, camping, paddle boarding, going to concerts, and hiking. Brianna also loves reading, playing board games, and playing video games.
