You’ll feel unconditionally accepted, heard and understood. Whether it be relational issues, life struggles, divorce, anxiety, depression, or any other difficult situation, Brittany can help. She guides her clients to identify values and defining what is meaningful in their lives. She assists them in identifying feelings and regulating emotions throughout their daily routine. Brittany tailors therapy according to each client’s needs using tools such as sand tray, art, music, grounding techniques, poetry, nature, meditation, yoga, and deep breathing. She combines person-centered counseling with existentialism to journey with clients on the road to self-transcendence. With a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Brittany has worked in a behavioral health intensive outpatient setting and has experience providing therapy to pre-teens and teens.
