Addressing the whole person, Brynn helps clients age 11 years and beyond learn to live a more balanced life, full of gratitude and contentment. She can teach them to manage a variety of mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar, as well as substance use, trauma, anger, self-doubt, and almost any other topic their struggling with. She uses many modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, components of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Brynn has experience providing individual and group therapy in a variety of settings, including a hospital, nonprofit, and integrated care. She has a Master’s in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
When not working, Brynn enjoys spending time with her husband, baby, and two dogs. She recharges by traveling, trying new things, reading, working puzzles, and being outside.
