Cassie is passionate about helping you recognize and understand the patterns that are getting in the way of your best life; and supporting you in tapping into your inherent abilities to heal, grow, and connect with your true self. Principles of collaboration, empowerment, and respect for multiple worldviews form the foundation of my approach.” Cassie is dually licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor. She has experience working with a wide variety of clients including individuals and couples struggling with trauma and PTSD, substance abuse and addictions, eating disorders and body image issues, relationship and attachment issues, sex and intimacy concerns, and couples and premarital issues. Cassie earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. She is a certified in EMDR therapy, Gottman Method Level II trained, and has post-graduate training in Sex Therapy from the University of Michigan Sexual Health Program. She has held positions from the therapist, clinical team lead, and clinic coordinator in some of the most admired programs in the region.
