Cynthia has been working with individuals, couples, and families for the past 10 years in a variety of settings, including residential, outpatient, and school/corrections facilities. Through these experiences, Cynthia has had the pleasure of supporting and witnessing individuals transform their lives and make changes they did not think possible. Cynthia graduated with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Since then, she has worked with individuals, couples, and families with a variety of concerns including anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse, co-dependency, and life transitions.
