When you work with Dana, you’ll experience her compassion and her em-pathy. Dana offers a safe and supportive environment for you to grow and make healthy changes in your life.
Dana can help you learn healthy ways to cope with stressors; gain insight into early life experiences and how they have affected you; and learn ways to communicate with those around you so you can get your needs met. Her training includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Relapse Prevention, and Motivational Interviewing, all of which she utilizes to help you reach your goals.
Dana has a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from The University of Northern Colorado and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) who has been working in the field since 2010. This means she is prepared to work on a variety of life issues you may be facing, including everything from healing from past trauma; to managing depression, anxiety, and stress; to supporting your journey to becoming sober or maintaining sobriety from substances.
She enjoys watching people learn and grow through the therapeutic process and is ready to support you on your journey to a healthier and more whole life.
