Libby helps clients to overcome life difficulties, relationship issues, and many other challenges, such as anxiety, depression, lack of self-control, low self-confidence. When working with clients, she uses active listening and person-centered therapy to build rapport. To accomplish client goals, she draws from a variety of evidence-based practices, like cognitive behavioral therapy, to promote insight and encourage change.

Libby holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has 10 years of experience working with clients of all ages (children, youth, adults, and families) in community mental health and outpatient settings.
