Elizabeth has worked in helping professions for more than 20 years, and has a lifetime of experience. When supporting you, she’ll blend her playful sense of humor, her integrative approach to therapy, and her unique ability to create an empowering treatment plan based on your goals. Elizabeth is gifted at applying evidence based best practice methods and interventions. This means that you can rely on her to provide you with the best possible experience. Sometimes, you’ll receive homework and/or multimedia recommendations (such as books, movies, articles, or podcasts) that you can use to further your progress between sessions if you choose.
