About Elyse Elliker, LMFT

When Elyse greets you, you'll feel soothed by her warmth and authentic presence. She'll encourage you to be yourself as she's curious about all the many parts that make you a dynamic, complete person. Together you'll work toward whatever is most important for you. She'll help you to understand yourself more deeply while giving you the skills to help you feel empowered in your life.

Elyse is skilled in working with clients experiencing many of life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. She has a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families impacted by trauma. When working with couples and families, Elyse utilizes Structural Family Therapy, as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy to address relational dynamics. When working with individuals, Elyse draws from Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and incorporates work around self-compassion.

Elyse has a Master's of Science degree with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy and experience in various mental health settings.
