Emily’s clients can overcome many life struggles, such as depression, anxiety, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Her style includes a combination of both non-structured and structured approaches to allow openness in a sacred space while helping clients navigate towards success and consistency. She utilizes the modalities of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, person-centered, and mindfulness-based integrated therapies with a trauma focus.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Emily has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in inpatient facilities providing case management and behavioral health assistance, and in outpatient practices providing individual mental health counseling.
