When you meet Eric, you’ll immediately experience his empathy and genuine interest. You’ll truly feel that you’re being listened to. Eric meets you, and fully supports you, where you are currently at in your journey. As you discuss what’s holding you back in life, Eric will not only hear and understand, but help you learn how to use your inner strengths to chart your way forward. Along the way, he’ll teach you techniques that you can use everyday, such as mindfulness and self-reflection. Using positive feedback, encouragement, and regular status reviews on your current progress, Eric will actively engage you in the therapy process, so that you truly feel like you’re in it together. Whether you’re struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, a mood related issue, or something all-together different, Eric is trained and skilled in an array of therapeutic techniques that will help (such as mindfulness, CBT, stress reduction/relaxation techniques, and problem-solving skills). He’ll tailor his approach based on your unique situation. Eric holds Masters in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He has over four years of experience, most of which has been focused supporting veterans. Prior to this career he served 14 years in the United States Air Force.
