When you meet with Hannah, you'll find that she's warm, friendly, and relatable. She knows that therapy can be a difficult process and will offer you empathic understanding combined with her easy-going nature that will put you at ease. She'll encourage you to explore your thoughts and feelings to gain insight into yourself without fear of judgement. She'll meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you as you work together towards meaningful goals.
Hannah helps clients overcome a variety of life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. She empowers clients to make positive, lasting changes so that they can create a healthy future for themselves. Recognizing that therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach, she'll utilize various techniques and behavioral modalities. She often draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) because it focuses on identifying strengths and building upon them, as well as finding the balance between acceptance and change.
Hannah has a Master’s degree in Applied Psychological Science and experience working in community mental health settings counseling a wide range of clients, including adolescents and adults.
