Jessica understands that life is a long and winding journey, one where you’ll face challenges from time to time, challenges that can impact the way you think and feel. Jessica hopes to guide you as you walk through life, helping you to heal and overcome whatever challenges you may be facing. Jessica knows that you’re unique, with unique strengths. Using a strength-based approach, she’ll empower you to find your way through the hardships, and reclaim the positive in your life (now and in the future). Jessica has experience working with a wide variety of clients; she has worked with youth, families, couples and adults of all ages throughout the years. This has included work within the schools, educating youth on substance use/prevention, coping skills, suicide prevention, social skills etc. She also has experience working with those who may be experiencing substance use, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, relationship and attachment issues, codependency, domestic violence, self esteem, life transitions, spiritual support, mindfulness and more.
