Jessica understands that life is a long and winding journey, one where you’ll face challenges from time to time, challenges that can impact the way you think and feel. Jessica has experience working with a wide variety of clients; she has worked with youth, families, couples and adults of all ages throughout the years. This has included work within the schools, educating youth on substance use/prevention, coping skills, suicide prevention, social skills etc. She also has experience working with those who may be experiencing substance use, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, relationship and attachment issues, codependency, domestic violence, self esteem, life transitions, spiritual support, mindfulness and more.
