When you meet Jill, you’ll meet an empathic, supportive, and nonjudgmental behavioral health professional. You’ll be treated with respect and celebrated for having the courage to ask for help. You’ll be reminded that your mental illness does not define you. You’ll be assisted to overcome your struggles so you can lead a healthy, productive life.
Jill works with patients across the lifespan with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar, and insomnia. She collaborates with her clients to develop a treatment plan and manage symptoms. She actively listens to her clients and offers them empowering, engagement tools, drawing from patient-centered CBT and behavioral modification modalities.
Jill has been a registered nurse for 22 years in various healthcare settings such as critical care, hospice, an inpatient psychiatric unit, and an outpatient mental health clinic. She recently earned her MSN from the University of Alabama, the state where she’s live all her life till recently. She’s excited to begin a new chapter of her life providing psychiatric care to people in Colorado.
