Jocelyn uses trauma-informed, person-centered modalities like psychodynamic theory and CBT. She equips clients with tools like mindfulness, breathing, narrative work, and meditation strategies. She's also open to exploring spirituality with clients.
Jocelyn holds a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Denver, with an emphasis in clinical mental health and trauma. She also has a professional certificate in equine assisted mental health from the DU Institute for Human Animal Connection. For many years, Jocelyn has worked with underserved youth, individuals on the Autism spectrum, youth with serious emotional disturbances, and individuals struggling with eating disorders, trauma, and addiction.
