About Joni Ericson, MS, LPC

When you meet with Joni, you’ll experience a genuine, grounded presence, and feel accepted and validated. You’ll enjoy a little humor in an empathetic, trusting environment. You’ll leave each session feeling heard.

Joni uses active listening to help her clients overcome the issues for which they seek help. She guides them in finding inner strength, and gaining tools and skills that can be utilized throughout their life’s journey. She’s eclectic in the modalities she subscribes to. She tailors therapy for each client using a combination of CBT, DBT, Family Systems, Solution-Focused, client-centered, and neurofeedback.

With a Master’s degree in Counseling and a Master’s in School Counseling, she’s worked in nonprofit organizations, private practice, and day treatment, offering group therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, equine therapy, and neurofeedback.
