Kathryn is a mental health therapist (LPCC), she graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor's in Psychology. She uses a combination of techniques tailored to each of her clients' needs drawing from various types of approaches such as Gestalt, Compassion-Focused, and Mindfulness. Her clients can learn how to better understand and express their emotions while increasing ways to cope during times of stress. Kathryn believes in a collaborative approach to therapy, working with you to help you overcome challenges and help you grow.
She has a desire and passion in working with college students, especially those in counseling or clinical programs, and athletes. Some of Kathryn’s main areas of focus include life transitions/changes, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and women’s issues.
