Kristen’s client-centered and integrative therapy approach incorporates each client’s resilience and skills into the healing process, fostering sustained and meaningful change. She’s helped clients manage and overcome many of life’s challenges, including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress. She shows them how to navigate life transitions and explore how past experiences are influencing their current quality of life.
Kristen earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from Utah State University, and holds certificates in Animal Assisted Social Work, and Horticultural and Nature-based therapy. She enjoys working with adults seeking individual therapy.
