Kristen brings a blend of calm and genuine care to each session. When you first arrive, you’ll feel welcomed and put at ease. As you share your story, you’ll experience being genuinely heard and understood. Together, you and Kristen will uncover your unique strengths, and, with empathy and compassion, she’ll show you how use these internal abilities to first heal and then thrive. Kristen’s Client-Centered and Integrative Therapy approach incorporates many empowering tools and methods that’ll support you on your journey to a rich and meaningful life. Working hand-in-hand, you’ll foster sustained and meaningful change. Kristen has experience in grief and loss, substance abuse, stress management, trauma, and much more. She earned her Master’s of Social Work from the University of Denver and Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from Utah State University. She also holds certificates in Animal Assisted Therapy and is obtaining certificates in both Horticultural and Ecotherapy. She is currently working with adults seeking individual therapy.
