Kristian works from a strengths-based, client-centered approach with individuals struggling with a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, disruptive behaviors, relationship issues, grief, PTSD, trauma, anger management, and substance abuse. He uses a blend of evidence-based treatments, including psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, family therapy, and mindfulness.
With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University, Kristian has experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, families, and the LGBTQ population in residential rehabilitation settings as well as outpatient clinics and non-profit organizations.
