Understanding how hard asking for help can be, Lacey will welcome you into a space where your courage to take steps toward healing will be honored. Her down to earth, easy-going, non-judgemental attitude will help you feel comfortable and cared for. She'll help you to achieve whatever your goals are related to living a healthy, happy life.
Lacey teaches clients coping skills to overcome everyday life challenges, like ambivalence that creates resistance to change and growth, and self-limiting beliefs. While working with her, clients learn to manage their emotions and stress.
Lacey practices active listening and empathy, and empowers her clients to take control of their healing. She uses person-centered and solution-focused modalities, like CBT.
