She draws from many sources to find tools to support you on your path, including evidence-based, interpersonal, psychodynamic, and contemplative approaches. Leslie has special expertise in mindfulness and meditation, and will help you go deep within yourself to find stillness and strength, even in the midst of chaos and uncertainty.
