About Letitia Cullens, MA, LPCC, NCC

When you meet with Letitia, she’ll focuses on getting to know you. She’ll offer you a safe space where you can process your struggles. She’ll help you learn self-care and coping skills to use in your healing journey.

Letitia takes a client-centered approach to therapy, and integrates CBT, Mindfulness/MBSR, and DBT interventions. She works collaboratively with clients toward their treatment goals, infusing genuine empathy, humor, and active listening throughout the process.

Letitia has a Bachelor’s degree of in Psychology with a focus in Pre-clinical Psychology, from Governor State University, and a Master’s degree in Counseling with a focus in Multicultural Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from the University of Colorado Denver. She has experience working in community mental health, crisis hotlines, and group practices with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and gender expansive community, veteran population, students, and the global majority.
