You won’t be criticized or compared anyone else. You’ll be encouraged to freely share your thoughts and engage in authentic conversation. You’ll be supported and offered hope.
Letitia’s patients can expect to gain relief from life struggles and relational stress, and will be able to discuss whatever’s causing them to feel depressed, sad, or shame. She uses active listening, empathy, and psychoeducation to help clients. She subscribes to EMDR, CBT, and individual and group therapy. She’ll tailor treatment plans based on individuals’ unique issues.
With a Master’s degree in Psychiatry, Letitia has worked at various facilities including Denver Health Hospital (on the psychiatric floors for adolescents and adults) and the Fort Logan Medical Center.
