Lindsey can help individuals struggling with substance use, anxiety, eating disorders, depression, personality disorders. She also has experience working with individuals in the LBGTQA+ community.
Lindsey has a person-centered and humanistic approach to therapy, which includes working with clients to understand their attachment styles and to establish healthy interpersonal relationships. Tools she utilizes include active listening, motivational interviewing, mindfulness techniques, and rapport-building. She focuses on establishing personal empowerment, self-worth, and self-efficacy, and strives to help clients overcome their inner self-critic and negative "self-talk" that holds them back from reaching their full potential.
With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a specialization in Addictions Counseling, Lindsey has experience working with diverse clients at all stages in life.
