Meghan understands what it feels like to struggle and uses creative, individualized methods to help her clients navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, family or work conflict, and more. She’s trained in CBT, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and uses trauma-informed, strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches. She blends elements from these different approaches to tailor care for each client.
Meghan has a Master’s degree in Social Work and experience working within community health facilities, hospitals, schools, and non-profits organizations.
