About Meghan Ruich, MSW, LSW

Meghan invites you into a calming space for processing whatever you need to. She'll focus on your strengths and resiliency to help you rewrite any distorted narrative you may be telling yourself. You'll be comforted by her empathetic nature and sense of humor. You'll appreciate her authenticity and kindness. She'll meet you where you're at and journey with you to find healing for your unconscious and conscious mind, body and spirit.

Anxiety, suicidal ideation, depression, PTSD/C-PTSD, codependency, shame/guilt, grief, self-esteem, attachment issues, abandonment, and addictive personalities are some of the challenges Meghan can help clients to overcome. She combines person-centered techniques and modalities, like active and reflective listening, validation, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and movement, to match each client's needs.

Originally from the Chicagoland area in Northwest Indiana, Meghan earned a Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University Northwest. She moved to Colorado to continue coursework in trauma-informed practices and to pursue a LCSW status. She has experience working with a diverse clientele of all ages in the child welfare, adoptions, foster, school, and parenting psycho-education settings.

When not at work, she enjoys practicing hot yoga, running, exploring museums, cooking nutritious food, and hiking with her dog in the mountains.
