About Melissa K. Smith, LPC

Melissa’s clients can overcome many mental health issues, like depression and anxiety. She uses active listening and cognitive behavioral tools to change behaviors and help decrease symptoms. She employs an eclectic mix of techniques that are appropriate for each client's individual needs, including CBT and play therapy.

With a Master’s degree in Counseling, Melissa has worked in private practice and community mental health settings. She enjoys working with children ages 3 years and up.
